π What Youβll Do:
- Help customers with product or service issues via phone or digital channels
- Accurately document customer interactions and update account information
- Provide solutions that enhance customer satisfaction
- Recommend or upsell new or upgraded services when appropriate
β What Youβll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience (a plus!)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems
- Professionalism and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work full-time during assigned shifts
