π What Youβll Own
β’ Handle inbound calls and emails related to product support and billing
β’ Provide software walkthroughs and customer training as needed
β’ Use critical thinking to investigate and resolve complex support issues
β’ Help reduce churn by offering solutions and preventing cancellations
β’ Document support cases and solutions clearly and accurately
β’ Master ClubOS and ASF products to provide expert-level guidance
β’ Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

β’ High School diploma or equivalent
β’ 2+ years in customer-facing roles (SaaS support experience preferred)
β’ Strong written and phone communication skills
