ClubOS, part of Jonas Software, is hiring a Support Services Specialist to provide top-tier customer support for their fitness club management platform. This full-time remote role is perfect for a tech-savvy problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and cares about long-term customer relationships. You’ll assist with software issues, billing inquiries, and customer training.

β€’ Handle inbound calls and emails related to product support and billing
β€’ Provide software walkthroughs and customer training as needed
β€’ Use critical thinking to investigate and resolve complex support issues
β€’ Help reduce churn by offering solutions and preventing cancellations
β€’ Document support cases and solutions clearly and accurately
β€’ Master ClubOS and ASF products to provide expert-level guidance

🎯 Must-Have Traits

β€’ 2+ years in customer-facing roles (SaaS support experience preferred)
β€’ Strong written and phone communication skills
