Medical Guardian, through its MedScope division, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Intake Specialist to join their fast-growing medical alarm services team. This fully remote position plays a critical role in supporting national healthcare partnerships by managing the intake of new service orders and maintaining customer records with precision and empathy. Youβll serve as both a point of contact for incoming member inquiries and the engine behind key administrative processes.

Position Highlights
β’ Pay: $21/hour
β’ Employment Type: Full-time
β’ Schedule: 12:00 PM β 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (initial 30 days: 9:00 AM β 5:00 PM EST for onboarding)
β’ Location: Remote β only open to residents of PA, DE, GA, MI, NC, TX, NJ, and FL

π What Youβll Own
β’ Monitor intake queues for new orders, record updates, and service cancellations
β’ Enter and update customer information in a customized internal database
β’ Navigate healthcare portals and online resources to verify and supplement intake data
β’ Identify missing or incorrect information and take corrective action
β’ Respond to customer and care manager inquiries via phone and email
β’ Cancel service accounts and update customer records as needed
β’ Independently manage workload during evening coverage hours
π― Must-Have Traits
β’ Associate degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
β’ Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
β’ Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Ability to adapt to changes and work independently during off-peak hours
β’ Friendly, professional demeanor and reliable work ethic
