🧾 About the Role
Medical Guardian, through its MedScope division, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Intake Specialist to join their fast-growing medical alarm services team. This fully remote position plays a critical role in supporting national healthcare partnerships by managing the intake of new service orders and maintaining customer records with precision and empathy. You’ll serve as both a point of contact for incoming member inquiries and the engine behind key administrative processes.

• Pay: $21/hour
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (initial 30 days: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST for onboarding)
• Location: Remote — only open to residents of PA, DE, GA, MI, NC, TX, NJ, and FL

📋 What You’ll Own
• Monitor intake queues for new orders, record updates, and service cancellations
• Enter and update customer information in a customized internal database
• Navigate healthcare portals and online resources to verify and supplement intake data
• Identify missing or incorrect information and take corrective action
• Respond to customer and care manager inquiries via phone and email
• Cancel service accounts and update customer records as needed
• Independently manage workload during evening coverage hours
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changes and work independently during off-peak hours
