Virtua Health is seeking a Credentialing Services Coordinator to manage provider enrollment and credentialing processes. This full-time remote opportunity plays a vital role in maintaining accurate provider data, supporting compliance, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments and external agencies. • 💰 Hourly Rate: $26.22 – $40.65 (Based on experience and internal equity)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage initial and reappointment credentialing for providers across multiple Virtua entities
• Maintain credentialing and enrollment databases with accuracy and detail
• Coordinate and support FPPE and OPPE requirements
• Prepare committee agendas, take minutes, and ensure action item follow-up
• Monitor and report on proctoring processes and compliance status
• Collaborate across Medical Staff, Revenue, Billing, and Administrative departments
• Uphold knowledge of accrediting agencies (JCAHO, NCQA) and regulatory policies
• Support Provider Enrollment team projects and cross-functional tasks
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of credentialing or related healthcare experience
• Strong grasp of NCQA, DOH, and Joint Commission regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable under pressure
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
• CPMSM, CPCS, or CMSC certification preferred
