What this job involves:
Managing workplace experience
In this role, you’re responsible for influencing the workplace experience to the client across the Americas portfolio through enabling functions that lead the day to day delivery.
You will assume the lead role in the Americas region of the workplace experience program delivery aligned to the global strategy. It is essential that the Workplace Experience Lead has a strong foundation and field experience in influencing change, articulating the possible, as well as presenting on impact.
The Workplace Experience Manager will primarily be responsible for:
- Building relationships with enabling functions
- Identifying business specific outcomes aligned to the global strategy
- Program managing multiple experience initiatives through delivery partners
- Promoting WX within Real Estate leadership, identify key areas for WX to support
- Other responsibilities as needed
Managing customer relationships
The ideal candidate exhibits leadership and communication traits, performance delivery and great sense of customer centric workplace service solutions.
Build and maintain client relationships
- Work with local stakeholders to develop, cascade, deliver and report on shared goals and objectives across multiple levels
- Develop strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and customers including setting up regular customer forums to promote 360 feedbacks
- Ensure close contact is established with client organization to remain abreast of current strategy, thinking, policies and procedures
- In collaboration with the Global Workplace Experience Director, embed a strong governance framework including presenting annual, quarterly & monthly governance meetings
Roadmap on workplace experience (WX)
- Identify initiatives to include in roadmap
- Own the development of office-specific Experience Strategies & Persona Journey maps
- Utilise data to analyse and report on opportunities for service enhancement and support the client in cost vs impact making decisions
- Conduct Team meetings with Regional Team Members to discuss current objectives. Prepares agendas, presentations, and action items.
Promoting and delivering WX initiatives
- Support regional leadership to build out project plan to deliver desired outcomes & report back on progress
- Support stakeholder development
- Support the efforts on delivering communication plans to drive awareness across employees on solutions available & the benefits to different personas.
- Document and analyze information and processes to solve critical business issues.
- Create and communicate client-facing presentations on findings, business impacts, and recommendations.

Experience
You’ll need to have at least five years of relevant experience in workplace, consulting, or communications as well as a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. You exhibit strong communication, presentation and listening skills. You take initiative, responsibility, demonstrate flexibility, and work well without supervision.
You have an understanding of visitor/reception management, meeting room support, and general facility management. Ideally, you also have experience in working across multiple geographies and have a familiarity with the different cultures.
You must also be proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:85,000.00 – 90,000.00 USD per year
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
