- Annual base pay: $59,000–$65,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and location)
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
- Interpret and present bill review data to clients
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within contract terms
- Provide strategic leadership to bill review operations and outsourced solutions
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree OR high school diploma + 2–4 years of industry experience
- Workers’ compensation or auto casualty bill review experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, business writing, and client-facing skills
- Ability to interpret and explain data effectively
