Our virtual call centers are growing! We are looking for driven individuals to join our team! We have a wide range of clients that we handle calls for including but not limited to; 

  • Cable & internet providers such as Comcast or Cox Communications.
  • Non-profit organizations such as St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, the NRA and the American Heart Association.
  • Skin care products such as Proactiv and Plexaderm
  • As well as various Christian Ministries.

By joining our team, you must be willing to make outbound phone calls or take inbound phone calls for various clients. We will provide you with a complete training to set you up for long term success with our company. Whether you are sales driven, are looking to help others or you are completely new to the call center environment, we have a place for you!

In the Call Center World, our work requirements change often, and we need our employees to be flexible to meet our clients needs. We dial many diverse programs and although you may be hired into one division, based off our client needs you may be asked to dial other work to ensure we are all reaching the goals together. This is what sets us apart from other companies! We can move work around to always keep our employees working!

Requirements

PC/Laptop:

  • PREFERRED: PC/Laptop with Windows 8 or 10
  • Acceptable: Chromebooks must use USB Ethernet cord
  • Acceptable: Macs, Macbooks (macOS Mojave (version 10.14) or newer may be acceptable)

MINIMUM PC/LAPTOP REQUIREMENTS:

HARDWARE:

  • CPU: Intel Core i3 or higher (AMD Ryzen 3 or higher may be acceptable)
  • RAM: 4GB +
  • Monitor — 17″ minimum size
  • Dual monitors required for programs that access 3rd party/client systems
  • External mouse – required for Laptops
  • Wired USB Headset – with mute & volume control, required by day one of training
  • Wireless or 3.5mm analog headsets are not acceptable
  • Webcam

SOFTWARE:

  • Current Microsoft operating system–Windows 8 or 10
  • Microsoft Windows Update enabled
  • Window Defender Antivirus — with up-to-date signature/config file
  • Google Chrome Browser — latest version
  • TeamViewerQS must be installed — download from IMC secure website
  • IMPORTANT: all non-essential software MUST NOT BE RUNNING.
  • No audio or video streaming, not gaming apps running.
  • Make sure they are not running in the background.

PERSONAL PHONE:

  • Needed to receive initial DUO call for 2-factor authentication
  • Number/Name Blocker apps need to be turned off to receive call

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High-Speed — 25Mbs or higher ISP Subscription , Cellular (HotSpots) or satellite-based ISP’s not permitted
  • ISP must be highly stable with no packet loss
  • If others in home are using internet, minimums will need to be higher
  • Wired connection to router to ensure maximum download speeds
  • Minimum download: 25Mbps
  • Minimum upload: 5Mbps

Other Requirements:

  • Web Cam and either external speakers or sound on your computer
  • USB Headset
  • A phone line to access the conference line for training

Must be a permanent resident of one of the following States; Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, & Wyoming.
