Your purpose: 

Wine Advisors work on various outbound phone campaigns contacting current customers (called Angels) to make personal connections and help build tailored Angel wine cases. To be successful in this role, the Wine Advisor must be able to meet core KPIs including daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, eager to deliver and execute 5-star quality customer service by expanding on their wine knowledge and contributing to excellence in service.
