Schedule
- Remote role (must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas)
- Occasional travel for team meetings or company events
- Pay: $21.46–$28.17/hour
- Vacation accrual: 15 days per year (monthly accrual)
- Reports to: Senior Manager, Workforce Management
What You’ll Do
- Build, adjust, and optimize staffing schedules based on forecast volume and arrival patterns
- Drive schedule efficiency to meet service level commitments and efficiency targets
- Monitor performance intraday, identify causes of SLA drops, and make same-day staffing/queue adjustments
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for internal support teams on intraday requests
- Communicate data-backed recommendations to improve business outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders to flag issues, solve problems, and redesign schedules as needed
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Handle other duties as assigned
What You Need
- 2+ years using Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, nested IFs, etc.)
- 2+ years in Workforce Management, planning/scheduling, or operational leadership
- 1+ year in a customer-facing role (including internal customers)
