About the Role
Location: Remote – Michigan residents
Do you have a background in warranty administration or insurance claims? Are you interested in working from home? This could be a fantastic opportunity for you!
As a remote Warranty Support Specialist at Morley, you’ll use your customer service expertise to help automotive dealerships handle warranty claims from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Counsel service managers
- Identify improvements by analyzing expense and frequency trends
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Skills for Success
Required Skills
- Self-motivated, passionate professional who is enthusiastic, energetic and teamwork-oriented
- Strong computer navigation and typing skills (minimum of 35 words per minute) (check your skills with a free typing test)

Eligibility Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in warranty administration and / or insurance claims
- Ability to work shifts within the center’s hours of operation:
- Monday – Friday
- 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time
- No weekends or late shifts!
- Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
Nice to Have
- Automotive dealership experience (e.g., service department, warranty administration)
Remote Work Requirements
- Michigan resident
- High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
