Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, KS, MO, VA, IN, or TX
- Flexible scheduling across text, chat, phone, and video support
What You’ll Do
- Manage prescription refill requests and forward booking for pet parents
- Serve as a liaison between clients, referral partners, and Petfolk teams
- Provide compassionate, professional support via phone, chat, text, and video
- Review records, update charts, build estimates, and wellness reminders
- Document interactions to high medical standards and support service goals
What You Need
- 5+ years as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant (ER/GP preferred)
- Licensed or registered veterinary technician preferred (not required)
- Experience with triage and remote work strongly preferred
- Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to preventative care and gold-standard veterinary practices
