Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time, remote U.S.-based role
- Pay: $20–$23/hour
- Minimum 20 hours/week, Monday–Friday between 9 AM–5 PM PST (full availability at least 3 days/week)
- Must be available for the first 10 weekdays for training
Responsibilities
- Provide live, on-camera Zoom support for depositions, troubleshooting video/audio issues in real time
- Prepare and organize documents needed for virtual proceedings
- Guide clients through platform use and answer technical questions
- Deliver high-quality, hospitable service before, during, and after depositions
- Stay current on Steno tools, processes, and product updates
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of video/audio conferencing support (Zoom proficiency required)
- Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
- Comfortable in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- At least 6 months of remote work experience
- Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, FL, GA, HI, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NM, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI
- Court reporting/legal or startup experience is a plus
