Some day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Answers all incoming calls, emails and live chats
- Transfers calls or takes messages as necessary
- Registers new patients in electronic medical record
- Schedules new patient consultations and ensures all new patient questionnaires are completed prior to consultation with provider
- Emails new patient “welcome packets” after successful registration
- Provides patients with accurate information when answering questions and concerns
- Maintains patient records and protects patient confidentiality
Education, Licenses, Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional customer service skills
