Schedule
- Fully remote, telehealth-based role

- Flexible scheduling with full-time hours
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and clinical support for Rippl’s virtual dementia care team
- Conduct telehealth screening assessments and assist with patient onboarding
- Manage EHR documentation, scheduling, and communication with providers, patients, and caregivers
- Prepare charts, reconcile records, and ensure HIPAA compliance across all workflows
What You Need
- 2+ years in a clinical administrative or medical assistant role (virtual experience preferred)
- Familiarity with dementia, geriatrics, or chronic outpatient care
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Athena preferred) and scheduling tools
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy standards
