Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Must cover Central Time Zone hours
- Hourly pay: $20–$25
Responsibilities
- Support clients, providers, and internal teams by resolving or triaging phone and email requests.
- Provide accurate information on Steno’s products and services, following up or escalating as needed.
- Maintain and update contact lists to ensure accuracy.
- Deliver administrative support across departments.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience delivering excellent phone and email support (legal industry experience a plus, not required).
- Warm, welcoming phone presence with clear communication skills.
- Comfortable with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack; RingCentral/Zendesk a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
