We’re a diverse team from all over the country (and beyond), and we’re crazy about redefining the boundaries of an outdated industry. This role requires you to cover the Central Timezone hours.

We’re looking for a reliable and congenial person with an outstanding phone presence to be the first helpful and hospitable voice our clients hear when they call Steno. Whether they are calling to ask about our services, track a missing invoice, or just to check on an order, we recognize that their first impression is critical.
