Schedule
- Part-time, flexible remote role (1099 contractor)
- Choose how many clients and hours you support each month
- Must be available during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM in your time zone) for client communication
- Not available to residents of CA, CO, MT, NJ, NY, or PA
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and appointments
- Organize and manage emails for efficiency
- Create and prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports
- Support social media management, including content creation and posting
- Build structure, workflows, and processes to streamline operations
- Research technologies and provide recommendations
- Update and manage CRMs and client data
- Arrange travel and coordinate events
- Provide administrative and project management support
- Serve as a trusted partner to clients, anticipating needs and ensuring satisfaction
Requirements
- 1+ year of administrative experience required; 3+ years preferred
- Must reside in the US and be authorized to work as a 1099 contractor
- Professional home office setup: Mac/PC (1.0GHz dual-core, 8GB RAM, MS Office), reliable internet, and smartphone with email
- Quiet, designated workspace for professional duties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
Compensation & Perks
