What You’ll Do
⦁ Build and maintain complex Google Sheets, including interconnected workbooks
⦁ Create scalable, clean spreadsheet systems using advanced formulas and structured logic
⦁ Use functions like ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, REGEX, IMPORTRANGE, FILTER, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP for large datasets
⦁ Develop dynamic dashboards and reports that make data easy to read and act on
⦁ Optimize spreadsheet performance to keep large data sets fast and stable
⦁ Support operational workflows and admin tasks that improve productivity across the team
⦁ Troubleshoot data issues, refine processes, and document systems so they stay reliable
What You Need
⦁ Proven experience with advanced Google Sheets (required)
⦁ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, especially with large datasets
⦁ Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
⦁ Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Operations Support
⦁ Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
⦁ Reliable tech setup:
- Primary internet 15 Mbps minimum, plus backup internet 10 Mbps minimum (power-outage capable)
- Primary laptop/desktop meeting minimum specs (modern i5/i3 or Ryzen 5 equivalent, 8GB RAM)
- Backup device meeting i3-level performance and usable during power interruptions
- Webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, smartphone, and a quiet dedicated home office
