Summary:

In this role, you will drive Provista’s revenue growth by maximizing contract utilization and building strategic relationships with new and existing providers.  You will manage relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities to accelerate performance through the portfolio by working leads and addressing requests.  You will manage supplier ad-hoc reporting requests to drive business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales initiatives within a defined territory.
  • Manage relationships with providers, distributors, and vendors.
  • Build and manage pipeline to drive revenue growth for the territory.
  • Conduct business reviews and attend strategic planning meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with supply partners to conduct joint sales calls to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Gather data to create action plans based on business reviews to drive contract penetration; may present business reviews with support of sales leader.
  • Promote and educate the value of enterprise partnership to prospective and current providers by sharing about Provista’s offerings and services.
  • Maximize contract utilization for existing clients by identifying areas for improvement and expansion through field and phone-based sales.
  • Present cost saving analytic initiatives (e.g., pricing, benchmarks) to drive provider recommendations and decision making for execution of contract savings or programs.
  • Secure completion of necessary documentation for sales process (e.g., letters of commitment (LOCs), letters of proposal (LOPs), participant agreements (PAs).
  • Maintain all documentation and sales activity within Salesforce to include provider account plans and pipelines for assigned sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in sales and/or account management role preferred.
  • Knowledge of GPO/supply chain is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, customer service, presentation, and consultative selling skills is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Assigned territory is GA and SC.  Candidate must be able to support business hours in the Eastern time zone.
  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $82,900.00.
