Schedule
- Full-time, remote (hybrid for those near an Avetta office)
- Training: 8 weeks, Monday–Friday | 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. MT
- Start date: November 17
- 100% attendance required during training
What You’ll Do
- Help end-users navigate and maximize the Avetta Cloud application.
- Verify technical documentation and assist with membership payments.
- Record and track inquiries, complaints, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve requests and product issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences via phone, chat, and email.
- Uphold Avetta’s core values—respect, fairness, and professional excellence.
What You Need
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Experience using software tools such as Word and Excel
- Aptitude for learning new systems and troubleshooting problems
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about helping customers
- Positive, professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
