One evening shift per week
One Saturday shift every 7 weeks
Call-heavy role with strong documentation and accuracy expectations
What You’ll Do
- Verify customer loan information through inbound and outbound calls, including identity, SSN, address, employment, and project completion details
- Spot unusual scenarios and dig deeper using critical thinking and active listening
- Enter new or updated verification details accurately into internal operating systems
- Document notes correctly in all required areas following internal processes
- Answer customer questions related to interest, statements, and account details as needed
- Identify, report, and escalate verification or risk-related issues to management
- Handle dealer calls related to verification disputes, including loan terms, documents, project completion, and contact issues before funding
- Review loan processing status and documentation to route calls and cases to the right department
- Learn and maintain strong working knowledge of verification policies and procedures
What You Need
- 2 years of call center or customer service experience
- Comfort working with word processing, spreadsheets, and internet-based tools
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Professional phone presence with strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to stay calm, accurate, and consistent under deadlines and shifting priorities

Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.00/hr.
This is a nice lane if you want something more “risk + accuracy” than straight customer service, without needing a degree or a decade of compliance experience.
