About Working Solutions
Working Solutions connects independent contractors with remote customer service opportunities across industries. As a Verification Rep, you’ll work directly with callers to verify their information and guide them to licensed insurance agents—all while working when it suits you.
Schedule
- Contract-based, remote
- Flexible scheduling: work between 15–40+ hours per week
- Operating hours:
- Mon–Fri: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST
- Sat: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
- Sun: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
- Not eligible for contractors in CA, NY, PA, or WA
- Must pass a background check
What You’ll Do
- Take high-volume, short-form scripted calls to verify consumer information
- Match callers with appropriate insurance providers
- Encourage transfers to licensed agents using soft sales techniques
- Overcome objections professionally and quickly
- Handle customer support with clarity, confidence, and speed
What You Need
- Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills
- Sales ability to “assume the sale” and move calls forward
- Comfort handling objections and multitasking under pressure
- PC (Windows 11), broadband wired internet, USB headset (no gaming headsets)
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace
