Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong EDGE customer relationships
  • Responsible for working alongside sales to grow and maintain products and services
  • Responsible for implementation/onboarding of new customers to EDGE and TruckersB2B
  • Responsible for implementation/onboarding new products and services for EDGE
  • Create and develop training materials for internal and external customer use
  • Training on EDGE and TruckersB2B for internal and external support teams
  • Proactively monitor and enhance client satisfaction with all non-fuel partners.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with sales, merchants, vendors and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee and manage all operational needs, service delivery, and support pertaining to vendor invoices. This requires use of third party systems to guarantee cost and revenue calculations. 
  • Ensure the smooth execution of daily invoicing.
  • Drive exceptional performance in meeting Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through efficient management of both phone and non-phone contact channels.
  • Solve complex issues, conduct analytical work, and address any problems
  • Effectively manage communication regarding any changes in the managed networks.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions between customer needs and objectives between OTR and NAF customer lines of business
  • Prepares reports and account aging status to management
  • Manage and audit fuel discount programs
  • Process and execute dispute resolution
  • Enhancement and UI support across all programs
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years’ experience in account management, customer service or equivalent industry experience
  • Possess superior critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exhibit clear, professional technical writing and effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Display a results-driven, action-oriented, and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Possess the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization and facilitate agreement among various business units.
  • Excel in time management, prioritization, goal setting, planning, and work scheduling.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in identifying, implementing, and tracking the effectiveness of process or productivity improvements.
  • Possess strong business writing and communication abilities.
  • Show experience in managing contracts and projects.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to manage external client or vendor relationships.
  • Possess knowledge of systems and business functions.
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-directed and motivated to act within decision-making authority. Seeking guidance from management as appropriate.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX’s total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Salary Pay Range: $19.00 – $25.00
