What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the vendor intake process based on established policies and procedures
- Maintain and track vendors in the vendor management system to ensure all required documents and data stay current
- Request, review, verify, and monitor vendor documentation (contracts, licenses, insurance, and other requirements)
- Initiate vendor outreach and maintain strong working relationships while providing excellent service
- Onboard new vendors and confirm they meet requirements before approval and engagement
- Own accuracy and completeness within the vendor management system of record
- Coordinate document approval and execution via DocuSign with management
- Provide consultation and guidance to management on vendor management best practices
- Support other projects and duties as assigned
What You Need
- Mortgage industry experience preferred
- Ability to solve complex, non-standard problems involving multiple variables
- Intermediate math skills (percentages, ratios, interest, balancing accounts, and interpreting bar graphs)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
