- Cross-functional collaboration with design, product, and engineering teams
What You’ll Do
- Design and ship digital products that enhance provider experiences across Natera’s key health verticals
- Collaborate with product and engineering to translate complex requirements into elegant user experiences
- Create workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that bring ideas to life
- Conduct user research to uncover friction points and guide design decisions
- Define and measure design quality metrics to drive iteration and improvement
- Contribute to and expand Natera’s Design System for consistency and scalability
What You Need
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing 2–3 standout projects
- Experience with complex enterprise or healthcare applications
- Skilled in user research and design systems
- Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and manage projects end-to-end
- Passion for design excellence and continuous improvement
- Experience in biotech or healthcare (preferred)
