Our Customer Experience Representative position requires a patient and stable work style and consistency in dealing with a repetitive routine. The job demands a cooperative, agreeable, and sympathetic listener who gets along with others and enjoys being helpful to them. A customer service, team-oriented focus is of utmost importance. The job requires attention to the details of work, handling then with better-than-average accuracy and with careful attention to the quality of the work. The pace of the job is steady, and sometimes requires work to be completed under time pressures in changing situations.
Tasks include customizing products and packages with clients via scheduled web meetings and managing session inventory daily. Customer Experience Representatives work from home. Must include two evenings and either Saturday or Sunday availability. A very rewarding and fun job for the right person!
Applicants should have…
- Sales and customer relationship experience.
- High Speed Internet Access at home (we supply the laptop & software).
- Photoshop experience is a plus!
- Bilingual skills a plus!
- Availability to work full time. Must be available at least 3 evenings during the
week and 1 weekend day. - A passion for Photography.
