Job Summary:
DentalPlans.com is looking for a Universal Sales Agent to work in an inside sales role, selling and supporting various dental savings plans (DSPs). The Universal Sales Agent will handle both inbound and outbound calls, working with a diverse set of consumers to identify their needs and make recommendations for the appropriate plan. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated and driven by sales success and performance.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Effectively probe for consumer needs and Identify the best product for each consumer and/or their family.
Drive continuous sales goal achievement and results in a high performing sales environment
Achieve/Exceed monthly sales and performance goals/KPIs.
Develop a strong relationship with consumers, connect meaningfully and communicate professionally
Educate consumers on features and benefits of the dental savings plans (DSPs) and clearly explain enrollment and renewal process
Enroll consumers through Inbound and Outbound calls driven by company’s marketing efforts
Follow a structured call flow process focused on sales and compliance.
Navigate through multiple system applications to fulfill consumer requests, research inquiries, close leads and update consumer information.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Actively participates in training and coaching on an ongoing basis to improve performance
Adhere to all position and company policies, follow scripts and designated sales processes
Qualifications:
Required: 2-3 years of Call Center Sales experience
High-energy personality, enthusiastic, ambitious, positive attitude
Possess assertive sales orientation with a passion for helping others
Organized, detail and process oriented, customer focused, self-motivated, team player
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed key metrics along sales quotas, conversion rates, KPIs, account objectives, etc.
