Schedule
- Full-time, remote (United States)
- Minimum of 2 shifts per week: 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. CST
- Remaining workdays: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST
- One Saturday per month: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST
- Evening and weekend availability required based on business needs
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls in a timely, friendly, professional way
- Gather information to accurately update customer accounts and applications
- Verify customer contracts promptly to support funding and company goals
- Identify potential contract/application issues and communicate them to the right team for resolution
- Complete administrative tasks that support the underwriting process before or after funding
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service, or related work
- Financial industry experience (plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends
