Triage Call Center Supervisor is responsible for providing day-to-day oversight, including benching cases with staff, auditing to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies, and conducting daily rounds.

Operating Hours: 12 pm -10:30pm EST Wednesday – Saturday or 2 pm – 8:30 pm EST, Tuesday – Saturday

Job Duties:
- Facilitate and participate in staff training.
- Acts as a liaison with internal departments. Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Participate in staff meetings and clinical conferences.
- Ensure performance guarantees are met or exceeded. Interface with external and internal customers to ensure optimal efficiency of service.
- Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate the performance of direct reports.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in mental health or Nursing with related psychiatric nursing experience is required.
- Minimum 5 years of behavioral healthcare experience and a minimum of 3 years of managed care experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Active, unrestricted license in a mental health field such as an LCSW, MHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LBS, etc.
- Experience in counseling, social work, and mental health services. Behavioral health experience preferred
- 1 year of leadership experience is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Military spouse or family member experience in a military community is highly desirable
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comply with all HIPAA Compliance regulations
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
