Full-time | Fully Remote | $23–$24 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Treasury Services processes and procedures.
- Complete monthly client account reconciliations using Great Plains.
- Manage new business banking setups and existing account modifications.
- Oversee vendor maintenance for print fulfillment, VCC/EFT implementation, and support.
- Handle Positive Pay submissions and Check Tracer processes.
- Create and document new process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead onboarding and continuing education for Treasury Services team members.
- Provide day-to-day analytical and operational support for treasury functions.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Treasury Analyst.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Great Plains or similar financial systems.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience with Power BI or Access is a plus.
