What You’ll Do
- Review contracts and disclosures for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal title underwriting requirements (trusts, FinCEN, POA, probates, etc.)
- Serve as the main point of contact once a deal is under contract, driving it through escrow
- Build relationships with sellers, escrow companies, New Western agents, and third-party vendors
- Coordinate inspections with third-party vendors
- Coordinate final walk-throughs and confirm occupancy status
- Guide sellers through the escrow and closing process with clear communication
- Collect and manage tenant information for occupied properties
- Verify disclosures and contracts in ZipForms, ensuring EMD is populated correctly
- Negotiate cash-for-keys with tenants when needed
- Encourage referrals from satisfied sellers
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through (no “almost done” energy)
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to build trust with multiple stakeholders (sellers, escrow, agents, vendors, tenants)
- Resourceful, solutions-driven mindset
