Schedule
- Full time, remote position within the United States
- Salary range: 45,000 to 50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
- Work from home in a designated workspace with company provided equipment
- Requires reliable high speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload recommended or better)
- Standard weekday schedule with training, coaching, and meeting responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver high quality training programs for ASHCare Managed Services team members using adult learning best practices
- Create and maintain training materials, modules, role plays, and experiential activities that support new hire onboarding and ongoing skill development
- Assess training needs through performance data, quality reviews, calibration exercises, and feedback from leadership
- Maintain a training catalog, update content on a regular review cycle, and track all training activity and outcomes
- Collect and analyze trainee feedback to improve training quality and effectiveness
- Build and manage an annual training calendar in partnership with leadership
- Supervise and support new hires during their introductory period, including coaching, performance feedback, and handling escalated calls
- Provide guidance to agents on difficult interactions and reinforce adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Partner with Knowledge Management and other teams to improve resources and align training with system and process updates
- Serve as a subject matter expert for new programs, product launches, and demonstration calls for internal and external stakeholders
What You Need
- High school diploma required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Prior training, facilitation, or supervision experience strongly preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to both small and large groups
- Ability to lead and coach individuals with different backgrounds, learning styles, and needs
- Strong organization, time management, and follow through in a fast paced, changing environment
- Comfort working cross functionally and collaborating with leadership and support teams
- Ability to handle sensitive performance conversations while maintaining respect and confidentiality
