Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (United States)
- Role is contingent upon contract award
- Must be able to pass a federal background check
- Equipment provided (home setup must meet requirements below)
- Remote position requirements:
- Hardwired internet (ethernet) connection
- Internet speed: 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload (10 preferred)
- Private work area and adequate power source
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling classes and preparing workstations/resources
- Ensure course readiness (materials, technology, training environment) and track required training data
- Monitor attendance and support smooth delivery across multiple virtual training sessions
- Troubleshoot technical issues (audio, connectivity, platform access, system navigation)
- Escalate classroom concerns and technical disruptions to the appropriate teams
- Maintain records of training activity, participant progress, and program effectiveness
- Provide production floor support and answer learner questions as needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Comfort working in fast-paced virtual environments with strong attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical and access issues quickly and clearly
- Experience supporting virtual training via Microsoft Teams (preferred)
