Schedule
• Full-time, remote within the United States
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
• Requires reliable internet and a private workspace
• All equipment provided

What You’ll Do
• Train new and existing CorroHealth clinicians on documentation review, EMR navigation, and clinical workflows
• Lead onboarding programs for physicians, including intensive 2–4+ week training cycles
• Navigate multiple digital systems simultaneously while supporting clinicians through live and asynchronous training
• Review EMRs to identify key clinical details and ensure accurate data entry into CorroHealth platforms
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and maintain accurate training documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, team leads, and operational leadership to refine training procedures
• Cross-train in multiple clinical training areas to support organizational flexibility

What You Need
• Active, unrestricted RN license in the United States
• 2–3 years of recent experience in acute care environments such as ED, Trauma, ICU, or comparable high-acuity units
• Experience teaching, precepting, or onboarding clinicians (strongly preferred)
• High digital proficiency and confidence navigating multiple platforms at once
• Strong communication skills and the ability to guide clinicians with patience and clarity
• Experience reviewing EMRs and entering clinical data
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and quality standards
• Utilization Management experience preferred
