Schedule
- Fully remote, work from home within the United States
- Full time, standard business hours in a fast paced environment
- Heavy collaboration with sales, operations, and external third party origination (TPO) partners
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for external TPO partners, answering questions and helping resolve issues
- Guide and manage the daily loan pipeline to ensure files keep moving through each milestone
- Maintain timely, accurate status updates and information on TPO web tools and platforms
- Provide direct assistance via phone and video for system questions and minor tech issues
- Meet critical deadlines and service levels for loan status and partner communication
- Review service levels and milestones daily to keep loans on track
- Help partners understand system navigation and loan level issues by offering informal training and support
- Evaluate partner needs and tailor your responses to deliver a strong customer experience
- Meet regularly with Account Executives to align on weekly goals and relationship strategies
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of work experience in a professional environment (mortgage, lending, or financial services is a plus)
- Experience working directly with customers, clients, or business partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner
- Ability to manage multiple files, tasks, and deadlines at once
- High attention to detail and strong follow through
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, changing environment and collaborating across teams
