Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role within the United States

What You’ll Do
- Guide and maintain your daily loan pipeline, tracking file status and ensuring loans continue to move forward
- Serve as a primary point of contact for external TPO partners, answering questions and resolving issues via phone and video
- Maintain timely, accurate information for UHM’s TPO web presence and partner-facing tools
- Meet crucial deadlines and daily service levels across all active files
- Review each loan milestone and monitor service levels to ensure strong turnaround and responsiveness
- Assist partners with loan-level questions and system navigation, helping them understand and use UHM processes and platforms
- Evaluate partner needs and tailor your support to keep their experience smooth and consistent
- Regularly connect with Account Executives to strategize, review priorities, and align on weekly goals
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience working directly with consumers and/or business partners
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while multitasking
