What You’ll Do
- Work a call queue: answer basic Title Express questions, provide claim updates, and route callers to the right team
- Create and send Total Loss packets based on state-specific guidelines
- Follow up with owners/insureds for missing or corrected documents
- Follow up with lienholders for required documents
- Send revised packets to owners/insureds as needed
- Meet internal cycle times and audit criteria
- Review uploaded documents for compliance with state guidelines
- Launch “Okay to Pay” to the owner/insured or lienholder when needed
- Monitor and manage a shared inbox to complete tasks per policy, timelines, and contractual obligations
- Review and work aged inventory to expedite resolution and close files
- Serve as a potential point of contact for Copart sellers
- Support additional projects like cross-training, reporting trends in your workload, and possibly assisting training as a subject matter expert
- Handle other tasks as assigned
What You Need
- 1+ year of office customer service experience
- High school diploma
- Proficiency with Microsoft products and basic office equipment
- Ability to identify and analyze title documents using company and state guidelines
- Comfortable working with state DMVs and lienholder entities
- Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow
- Basic 10-key proficiency and basic math skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluent in English (reading and writing)
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work occasional overtime

Pay
- $21.05–$23.71/hour
