Schedule
• Remote contractor role based in the Dominican Republic
• Shift-based scheduling with rotating shifts and days off
• Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday)
• Must be willing to work various shifts, overtime, holidays, and emergency shifts as needed
What You’ll Do
• Handle customer support inquiries by phone and online (email and social media)
• Take escalations from Tier 1 agents and resolve more complex issues
• Support billing, technical troubleshooting, subscription questions, and account concerns
• Manage social media interactions, including responding to posts and customer engagement
• Use internal tools and ongoing training to stay current on product, policy, and technical changes
• Aim for one-call or one-contact resolution whenever possible
• Deliver timely, professional, and customer-first support that builds satisfaction and loyalty
What You Need
• High school diploma or GED
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish (speak, read, write)
• Experience handling escalations from Tier 1 support
• Social media support experience (platform familiarity, engagement, post management)
• Strong customer service instincts, phone presence, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong judgment and consistent follow-through
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
