About the role

Angi is seeking a Temporary Pro Success Specialist on a long-term temporary basis to support inbound & outbound communications and account management for the Pros that support our Company & Retail Partnerships. In this role, you’ll drive strategies to expand our Pro basis and manage our highest priority escalations in order to contribute to the success of our Pros and overall platform.

This position will be remote and require candidates to work up to a 40 hour work week and 1 Saturday per month. The hourly rate for this role ranges between $18 – $20/hour.

What you’ll do

  • Be a resource & problem solver for pro-facing strategic needs while ensuring a positive Pro experience (via call, email, text, chat etc.)
  • Ensure appropriate distribution of jobs; reviewing and adjusting job volume and partnering with Pros on appropriate and desired growth & expansion
  • Follow up with internal & external support teams to ensure Pro-need resolution in a timely & professional manner
  • Collaborate with Partner Success & Account Management teams to ensure all stakeholders (i.e. partners, pros, cx) are aware of supply
  • Develop & maintain Pro relationships across all partnerships and territorial areas
  • Ensure seamless Onboarding & Early Education processes for newly onboarded Pros
  • Re-educate Pros via webinars and calls
  • Conduct administrative & ad hoc projects as needed

Who you are

  • Strong escalation management and ability to manage multiple priorities at one time
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (comfort & skill with phone and email)
  • ​​Comfort working in new systems and learning new tools (Dash, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to synthesize data to identify trends & insights
  • Strong time management & organizational skills
