- Work from home with all equipment supplied by Jovia (computer, monitor, headset)
- Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace free of noise and interruptions
- Internet speed of at least 100 Mbps required
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls from members and non members, assisting with a wide range of questions and requests
- Work in multiple call queues while answering questions about products, services, and accounts
- Complete account transactions, including transfers, withdrawals, advances, payments, check orders, password and PIN resets
- Verify member information on every interaction to protect account security
- Process or forward external payment requests from members
- Assist members via live chat when needed
- Cross sell appropriate products and services based on member needs
- Meet and exceed productivity, quality, and sales goals
What You Need
- College degree or at least 2 years of experience in financial services or a customer service call center
- Previous sales experience in financial services is preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic personality
- Professional phone presence and the ability to handle difficult calls with tact, empathy, and patience
- Comfort working with minimal supervision while still hitting performance targets
- Computer skills including Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation
- Ability to achieve Level 1 lending authority within 4 months of hire (6 months for part time)
- Reliable high speed home internet (100 Mbps or higher)
- A quiet, distraction free space to work from home
