What You’ll Do
- Assist medical providers in delivering quality telehealth patient care
- Create a welcoming environment, advocate for patients, and ensure confidentiality
- Perform patient intake, document accurately in EMR, and follow HIPAA protocols
- Administer injections, PO medications, and perform venipuncture as ordered
- Conduct lab tests, monitor instruments, and maintain clinical knowledge
- Make patient follow-up calls and assist with registration as needed
- Support infection control, safety, and quality assurance guidelines
- Collaborate with staff, resolve conflicts professionally, and promote positive morale
What You Need
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred
- Active state LPN licensure
- 1+ year experience in a medical office or telehealth setting preferred
- Current BLS/PALS certification required
- Strong medical terminology knowledge and ability to recognize critical illness
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer use
- Ability to stay calm in high-volume or stressful environments
- Bilingual skills a plus
