What You’ll Do
- Assist medical providers in delivering quality patient care
- Perform patient intake, assessments, and documentation in EMR
- Administer injections and medications as ordered
- Conduct venipuncture, lab tests, and maintain proper documentation
- Provide patient follow-up calls and assist with registration when needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety, and infection control standards
- Support a clean, safe, and welcoming telehealth environment
What You Need
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
- Current state LPN licensure
- 1+ years of experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Current BLS/PALS certification required
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to stay calm in high-volume or stressful situations
- Bilingual skills a plus
