Adecco is recruiting North Carolina Registered Nurses for an RN Telehealth role with a leading distributor of oncology medications.
Pay Rate: The anticipated wage for this position is between $40.00 and $41.00.
Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm with 1 hour for lunch
License Requirement: Must have a valid North Carolina multi-state nursing license with no restrictions
Requirements:
- Associates, Bachelor or higher in Nursing or accredited nursing diploma
- Must possess a compact license
- Registered Nurse with current unrestricted compact state license or primary NC license
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with 3-5 years or more post-graduate experience in pharmacy operations and patient care
- 5 or more years of nursing experience with at least 1 year of acute, inpatient care preferred
- Ability to obtain licensing in all states and United States territories serviced within 3 months of employment
- Computer skills, including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, and web-based programs
- Effective oral and written communication skills, experience with motivational interviewing preferred
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret practice standards, professional journals, technical procedures, and government standards and regulations
Duties:
- Counsel and educate new/existing patients on specialty drug therapies
- Adherence to contracted and accrediting regulations as indicated by drug specification
- Complete, thorough, and accurate documentation utilizing good documentation practice and compliance to industry standards and regulations
- Discuss potential/current side effects with patients to educate about treatment alternatives and facilitate ongoing therapy adherence
- Identify and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to the manufacturer, FDA, and/or other governing authorities
Requirements:
