You’ll partner with engineering, product, and architecture teams to build the documentation that powers One Inc’s Developer Hub and client integrations.

- Full-time, remote (US only)
- Salary range: $100,000–$105,000
- Works cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and the Technical Documentation team
What You’ll Do
⦁ Write, edit, and enhance client-facing documentation for APIs, integrations, test execution, and best practices
⦁ Partner with engineers, developers, solution architects, and product managers to gather technical details
⦁ Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible documentation for advanced engineering clients
⦁ Develop API references, user guides, release notes, tutorials, installation guides, and other content
⦁ Maintain and refine documentation as features evolve and new enhancements are released
⦁ Review incoming documentation requests, prioritize assignments, and ensure timely completion
⦁ Uphold the One Inc Technical Writer Style Guide and best practices across all publications
What You Need
⦁ 5+ years of technical writing experience for complex software products
⦁ Strong experience writing API documentation
⦁ Experience with Swagger or similar tools
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⦁ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams
⦁ BA/BS in Technical Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
⦁ Familiarity with Jira and SAFe
⦁ Experience using ReadMe or similar documentation platforms
