Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the U.S.
- Flexible schedule required, including some holidays and weekends.
What You’ll Do
- Use proprietary tools to provide technical support for kiosks nationwide.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, following escalation procedures.
- Analyze and aggregate data to improve engineering and business processes.
- Contribute to building and enhancing the company’s knowledge base.
What You Need
- Experience with Linux command-line and scripting languages (Python or Bash).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- One year of Linux experience (preferred).
