GetThru is looking for multiple Technical Support Associates to join our team through the 2020 election. These are full-time, short-term positions that will end on November 30, 2020.  The Technical Support Associates will help our ThruTalk and ThruText clients via email and chat. They will also work closely with our product and technology teams. Our support team works seven days a week and all team members must be able to work non-traditional hours. Shifts start as early as 8 am Eastern and end as late as 1 am Eastern, so schedule availability and flexibility are essential. 

This is a remote, full-time position with benefits contracted through November 30, 2020. We are taking applications on a rolling basis until all open positions are filled. 

Responsibilities

  • Triage and respond to incoming requests for information and assistance
  • Work with technology systems and various tools to manipulate data and diagnose issues
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation, user guides, and training videos
  • Load and manage lists into ThruTalk
  • Assist in identifying proactive support opportunities and trends
  • Respond to client information requests (e.g., total usage, troubleshooting) 

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience with ThruTalk or ThruText
  • Experience with other dialing and/or texting programs
  • Experience working on or with political campaigns
  • Experience with technical and customer support, training, and documentation or related work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a high comfort level with phone, web chat, and screen-share communications
  • Excels at collaborating with a fully remote team
  • Asks for help and is committed to continual improvement

Location

This is a remote position. You will work from anywhere in the U.S. as long as you have good internet and the work gets done!

Compensation

  • $54,080 annual salary equivalent for the term of employment
  • Additional compensation via participation in profit-sharing pool
  • 100% health / dental / vision coverage for employees, 75% for dependents
  • 3 weeks of vacation time per year
