What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, offering tailored solutions to technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with iOS, macOS, smartphones, tablets, and PCs
- Navigate multiple systems to research and deliver real-time answers
- Collaborate with team members to share expertise and achieve goals
- Communicate clearly and adapt to a wide range of customer needs
What You Need
- Experience in customer support or call center roles (academic/volunteer experience counts)
- Strong technical knowledge of operating systems and devices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to feedback
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
