- High-volume inbound phone support environment
What You’ll Do
- Handle a large volume of inbound calls from dealers and Field Service Technicians
- Assist with problem analysis and troubleshooting, including providing part numbers and product specifications
- Troubleshoot electrical components (240V)
- Give clear verbal guidance for spa repairs and accessory installations
- Provide warranty details (duration, status, terms) using product serial numbers
- Respond promptly and accurately to emails in the technical support queue
- Support SmartTub, including pairing, troubleshooting, and resolving device issues
What You Need
- Experience with electronics and Internet of Things (IoT) products
- Trade school or tech school experience (engineering coursework preferred)
- 2+ years in a product-based customer support role (spa/pool/plumbing/electrical/home improvement preferred)
- Working knowledge of mechanical components, electrical troubleshooting, and product repairs (pool/spa industry preferred)
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision, while also collaborating when needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish
