Schedule
- Regular full time role (40 hours per week)
- Fully remote within the United States
- Collaborate with cross functional teams working standard business hours across U.S. time zones
What You’ll Do
- Work within a Scrum environment, partnering with product owners and the scrum team to develop user stories, use cases, flow charts, and artifacts that clearly define scope
- Translate overall business vision into detailed, prioritized product backlog items for the B2B division (Dream Vacations and CruiseOne)
- Create and maintain documentation for product enhancements and system changes
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure designs align with business and functional requirements
- Coordinate multiple phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, requirements definition, system design, and implementation
- Support project initiatives by identifying and analyzing business needs, defining scope and objectives, and helping establish milestones and timelines
- Assist with Sprint testing and user acceptance testing as needed
- Partner with the Training team to identify training requirements and support the creation of “train the trainer” materials and end user documentation
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a business analysis role
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working with executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Proven ability to analyze and document complex business processes
- In depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Experience with Scrum or other Agile methodologies
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria and using MS Office products
- Familiarity with SQL, HTML, and XML
- Prior experience working with APIs is preferred
- Knowledge of web development best practices and industry standards
